​What to provide and arrange

Essential requirements

You will need to provide:

  • A completed and signed ACMA Application Form for each certification
  • The material to be classified. This must be supplied on physical media. The Classification Board will not classify content directly on websites
  • The correct fee.

For applications for classification of Film or Other Content you will also need to provide:

  • A completed Classifiable Time Worksheet. This will calculate the chargeable running time of your material

All of the above forms and materials are available on the right-hand side of this page.

You must sign and date the application form in order for it to be valid, or else your application will be delayed. Incomplete applications will also be delayed.
