What to provide and arrange
You will need to provide:
- A correctly completed, signed copy of the current approved Enforcement Application Form for each application/certification
- The material to be classified/certified
You must sign and date the application form in order for it to be valid, or your application will be delayed.
The Board can only make or certify a single decision against each application form, regardless of whether you have attached multiple items to it.
If you want multiple decisions to be certified, you will need to supply one application form for each certification. Please contact your Classification Enforcement Contact for advice about how this might affect a prosecution.
