What to provide and arrange

Essential requirements

You will need to provide:

  • a copy of the film that includes only content intended for sale, hire or distribution (advertisements or trailers for previously classified films do not need to be included)
  • a completed and signed Additional Content Assessor (ACA) Scheme Application Form
  • an ACA assessment report completed by an Authorised Assessor
  • the correct fee
  • a completed Classifiable Time Worksheet showing the total duration.

All of the above forms and materials are available on the right-hand side of this page.

The copy of the film you submit must be of good quality. Applications may be delayed or rejected if the material supplied is not clearly ordered, labelled or is contained on an excessive number of devices.

You must send the correct documentation, materials and classification fee with any application for classification. If you do not supply all the required information, your application will be delayed.
