Background

In certain cases, the Minister may waive all or part of the classification fees. The Minister may also waive fees for reviews of classification decisions. Section 91 of the Classification (Publications, Films and Computer Games) Act 1995 outlines these circumstances.

The Classification (Waiver of Fees) Guidelines 2014 provides further information about eligibility and how to apply.
