Essential requirements

In all cases you will need to provide:

  • A copy of the publication, including the exact same content (including advertisements) and modifications (if any) that will be in the version placed on sale. Proof prints need to be bound and of acceptable quality. Black and white prints of colour pages will not be accepted.
  • The completed and signed Publications Application Form, downloadable from the right hand menu on this page.
  • The correct fee.

If you are applying for classification of a revised version of a previously classified publication, you also need to provide:

  • Attachment One of the Publications Application Form detailing all revisions made to the previously classified version

You must send the correct documentation, materials and classification fee with any application for classification. If you do not supply all the required information your application will be delayed.
