In this section of our website, you’ll find all the application forms you need to apply for classification.

Before you start using the application forms available on our site, it is important that you set-up your account.

Account Maintenance

Both of the forms listed below need to be emailed to the accounts department, in order for your account to be set up or updated to reduce any possible delays in the processing of your application.

The email address to use when creating or updating your account is: accounts@classification.gov.au.

New Accounts

Please fill in and email this form if this is your first time applying for a classification.

Please note: new clients need to allow two to three days for an account to be set up to process payments.

Existing Accounts – update your details

Please complete this form if you have changed any details relating to your account, including your Australian Business Number (ABN), address, contact details or your business name.
