Bloodshot is an American action film, in which a soldier who died is brought back to life using nanotechnology, before discovering his memories are not his own and he is not in control of his own body.
The film contains themes of scientific experimentation, manipulation and assassinations. A man's memories are manipulated so that he is driven to take revenge on various targets.
The film contains frequent stylised fight scenes which feature firearms, knives and hand-to-hand techniques. There are few injuries and limited blood shown, except where the regenerative abilities of nanotechnology are depicted. Regenerating injuries feature some injury detail, which is quickly rectified.
