Blue Protocol is a cel-shaded action-adventure MMORPG in which the player journeys through a planet on the brink of destruction after a millennia of conflict and technological overuse. Players choose from one of five classes, customise their characters and harness a mysterious light to defeat enemies.

Themes

The player character engages in combat against enemies including goblin fighters, ogres, mooks, dragons, magical creatures and bosses to save a fantasy planet. The game also contains a discreet reference to suicide.

Violence

The game features use of fantasy melee and ranged weapons including swords, dual axes, bows, staffs and hammers as well as a variety of magical attacks specific to each character class. Strikes and attacks are indicated by flashes of bright coloured light with defeated enemies disappearing in black smoke and particle clouds. No blood or injury detail is viewed.

Sex

The game contains sexualised imagery and discreet verbal sexual references.

Language

The game contains us of the words, " ass", "frigging", "screwed", "bloody", "damn" and "butt".
