Kai is a vet, jaded by past betrayals, who trusts only his dog, Shogun. Divorce lawyer Aiko, similarly disillusioned with love, cherishes her dog, Sakura. They clash upon meeting, but their dogs' romance sparks an unlikely connection between them. Enter Woo Seo-ha, a mysterious Korean heir who wants Shogun. Aiko discovers Seo-ha's suspicious motives and the shocking truth: Shogun inherited a vast fortune from Seo-ha's grandmother. Kai and Seo-ha battle for Shogun, while a complex love triangle forms between the three.
