Rosie wants to expand her cosmetics business and needs an investor. In a makeup store, she happens to run into Simon, and as luck would have it, she accidentally spills makeup on him. Naturally, it turns out that he works for the very investor Rosie is hoping will want to invest in her company. Despite the incident, the investor decides to come on board-but on the condition that Simon gets involved and gets to know the business and the company.
