Mission Raniganj: The Great Bharat Rescue is an Indian survival thriller film in which Jaswant Singh Gill is tasked with rescuing 65 miners, trapped underground during a collapse at the Raniganj Coalfields in West Bengal. The film is Hindi with English subtitles.

Themes

The film contains themes featuring mining accidents, corruption, rescue operations and a sense of threat. Gas leaks, explosions and floods are depicted throughout the duration of the film as a result of a collapsed mine shaft.
