Monkey D. Luffy refuses to let anyone or anything stand in the way of his quest to become King of the Pirates. With his rubber-like stretching powers granted by the supernatural Devil Fruit, the spirited young pirate seeks the legendary treasure known as the One Piece. In this collection, Luffy rescues Otama from Holdem and links up with Zoro and Law. The group then heads to Oden Castle, where they learn the Land of Wano's history from Kin'emon and lay out a plan of attack. But suddenly, a drunken Kaido destroys the castle with a single breath, leading Luffy to take his chance against the King of the Beasts.
