Sadak 2 is an Indian dramatic thriller film which is the sequel to the 1991 film, Sadak. It follows the story of Aayra, a passionate young woman who escapes a mental hospital with the hope of exposing a powerful guru who she believes is responsible for her mother’s death. The film is in Hindi with English subtitles.

Themes

The film features themes including attempted suicide and cult rituals.

Violence

The film contains several scenes in which men fight using punching, kicking, metal objects and guns, sometimes resulting in injury. Injuries are sometimes accompanied by sprays of blood and post-action visuals also feature blood detail.

Sex

A couple is depicted kissing passionately before the camera cuts away to the following morning where the woman is sitting on her partner's lap at the breakfast table. She is wearing her partner's shirt and is wrapped in a blanket, implicitly post-coital.

Drug use

A man is depicted at a bar, implicitly drunk and under the effect of drugs. The viewer learns he was a drug addict in the previous scene and he is depicted violently hitting his head multiple times against a glass bench. Blood is seen on his forehead as he is thrown out of the bar by two security guards.
