Signs of a Psychopath S10 Ep5 'I Just Smiled and Laughed'

Pasco County dispatch receives a call from a passer-by who has found the mangled body of a 75-year-old military veteran on the side of the road, apparently the victim of a hit-and-run. Moments later, dispatch receives a chilling call from a young man claiming he is not only responsible for running over the victim… but "he did it on purpose." Investigators arrive on the scene and take the young man into custody. They learn he has no connection with the victim, and this is all part of his psychopathic plot to thrill kill.
