Vital Signs

After transferring to a new station with his superior, Rock Sir, paramedic Wong Wai is partnered with Jerry Ma. Wai initially fears Jerry's unorthodox methods will hurt his performance review, but Jerry ultimately inspires him to remember their true mission: saving lives.

Meanwhile, Jerry struggles with unresolved grief as he prepares to send his daughter, Bonnie, to Canada for school. Before leaving, Bonnie tearfully expresses her fear of being forgotten by him, just like her late mother.

Suddenly, a massive traffic accident strikes the Tuen Mun highway. Noticing that Rock Sir prioritizes establishing command over actual rescue work, Wai decides to follow Jerry directly into the wreckage to save as many victims as possible.
