Failed novelist Amos agrees to mind his friend’s research station on a remote island for one day, expecting solitude and an opportunity to overcome his writer’s block. When his friend fails to return, Amos discovers that he has been deliberately trapped in a bizarre time loop. Desperate to escape, he lures his estranged ex-wife to the island but inadvertently strands them both. To secure their freedom, they devise a plan to invite their most dislikeable friends to replace them, resulting in unforeseen and chaotic consequences. A quirky dark comedy about second chances, petty revenge and forgiveness.
